  • Isaiah earned his Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, where he distinguished himself as a nationally competitive case study analyst. During his time at Fisher, he was part of the winning team that captured first place at the KeyBank Minority MBA Case Competition, breaking a 13-year drought for Fisher College of Business and topping representatives from 25 other schools. He also competed at the prestigious NBMBAA (National Black MBA Association) Graduate Case Competition, consistently representing Ohio State among the nation's top business schools.

    He holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics and Business Management from Huntington University, establishing the analytical foundation that would propel his career in data-driven decision making.

    Isaiah's tenure at Emerson Electric showcased his ability to build and scale data organizations from inception:

    As Director of Business Process & Intelligence (2024), he managed a 14-person global organization spanning the Philippines, India, and the United States, overseeing a development pipeline of 500 initiatives that generated measurable savings across all functions and world areas. He transformed the company's AI Task Force into a formal AI Program, educating leadership and guiding organizational investment in emerging technologies. He also spearheaded an executive-level strategic priority focused on delivering world-class customer experience, while managing the business group's global innovation challenge that generated 550 ideas across five tracks.

    As Manager of Business Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, and Data Operations (2022-2024), he founded the BI, PowerApps, and RPA organization, growing it from zero to seven members. He pioneered the business unit's AI task force and established a global pricing council to prioritize strategic initiatives.

    In his earlier roles as Business Architect and Business Analyst in Enterprise IT (2019-2021), Isaiah developed governance frameworks, managed IT quarterly business reviews with C-suite participation, and crafted five-year strategies for data center cloud transformation while identifying significant cost reductions.
